Chakra Workshop

 

This one day workshop will give you an insight on how to work with your chakras. It is important to have a basic understanding of your chakras and how they can affect your health and life.

In order to be able to work with your chakras, you will be provided with basic information about the chakras, as well as how other holistic healing methods use the chakras as their basis for healing. During this workshop you will learn:

  1. where the chakras are based in your body
  2. what the meaning of your chakras are
  3. how to activate your chakras
  4. how to balance your chakras
  5. how to heal your chakras
  6. how to meditate with your chakras
At the end of the day you will be guided through a full chakra balancing meditation.

A Certificate of participation will be provided at the end of the workshop
