Personal Empowerment Workshop

The worst critic in our lives is usually one's self. With this in mind we have designed this course to provide you with insights into fears, blockages, and behavioral patterns and how they affect the way you see yourself and your relationship with others.

Through our empowerment exercises, you will be provided with the tools and support to become the person you are meant to be and begin a path to live the life you truly deserve.

Topics covered will be:

Finding your life's purpose
Analysis of different types of personalities on how we relate
Find your own personlity type
Relationship with ourselves and how to resolve fear
How to surround yourself with positivity
How self belief gives greater connectivity
and much more.........

For this workshop to be effective a minimum number of 7 students are required.  This will allow a more personal experience for you from your coach.
